About Me

I am a psychologist and educator with nearly two decades of experience helping students build confidence, strengthen executive functioning skills, and succeed in ways that work for their individual learning styles. I believe students learn best when they feel understood, supported, and actively engaged in the process. My approach is interactive, flexible, and student-centered. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and helping students develop practical strategies for organization, focus, time management, problem-solving, and self-confidence. I often use creative and real-world approaches to make learning feel more approachable and less overwhelming. I have worked with students across a wide range of academic, behavioral, and emotional needs and am especially passionate about supporting students who struggle with executive functioning, anxiety, motivation, or feeling "stuck" in school. My goal is not just to help students complete assignments, but to help them build independence, confidence, and skills they can carry into everyday life.
