I break problems down into manageable steps and explain the reasoning behind each one, so students can see the "why" instead of just the "what." I also ask questions throughout sessions to encourage students to think critically and stay involved in the learning process. I work with students at different levels, whether they need help building foundational skills or tackling more advanced algebra topics. If a student is feeling stuck or frustrated, I adjust my approach, use simpler examples, and help them rebuild confidence step by step. My goal is for students to leave each session not only with the correct answer, but with the skills and confidence to solve similar problems on their own.
