About Me

Hello! My name is Emily Cavero and I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan. During my time in Ann Arbor, I studied psychology and business, taking a wide variety of courses ranging from STEM to humanities. I am excited for the opportunity to work with students ranging from kindergarten to middle school or early high school, specifically in the subjects of Math and English. I have taken Math courses up to and including college calculus, and have always been passionate about and enjoyed the subject of English. I would be happy to offer my learned effective techniques, tips, and strategies to younger students across Math and English topics, whether it be reading comprehension, writing, spelling, grammar, or whatever other objectives the student is aiming to achieve. I like to devise a plan first while looking at the whole task at hand, such as areas for improvement or assignments, and develop a plan in order to help the student attain the performance they desire.
