Katherine

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis on jazz and percussion, along with experience teaching students from elementary school through adulthood. I'm comfortable working with students of all ages and skill levels, explaining concepts in different ways and revisiting them as often as necessary to ensure understanding.

Outside of academics, I enjoy performing music, especially percussion, piano, and traditional Mexican marimba. I love collaborating with other musicians, exploring different musical styles, and creating new arrangements. I also enjoy software development, technology, and creative problem-solving.
