During my academic career I have tutored many of my classmates, and also have taught three undergraduate level Engineering classes. Although I generally take a direct approach to tutoring utilizing real-world examples, my experiences have taught me that all students learn differently and I try to adapt my teaching style to best fit my students. My education and professional career have made me qualified to teach the subjects I have always been most interested in, all levels of mathematics and biology. Outside of my professional life I enjoy cycling, camping, fly fishing, hiking, sports and home-made cooking. I look forward to spending more of my spare time educating others.
