Our youth are the background of our society and it is our responsibility to make sure they're able to handle everything that will be coming their way in the future. I am a graduate of Florida International University and studied there for 5 years before receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. I am also applying for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy at a few universities in Florida. My goal is to become a Physical Therapists who works with the sports community and those who suffer athletic injuries, to return them back to their original form and better. I have become a Tutor to help kids, who are having difficulties in their academic journeys, overcome those issues, and show them ways to cope with any problems they may encounter down the road. I have worked with family members and with a classroom at a local elementary school. During my undergraduate education, I was able to participate in a program to benefit children with disabilities and was given some exposure to helping those children. My favorite subjects to tutor are Reading and Math. I feel like these two subjects are the most important subjects for students to master for their futures. I would say that my method in tutoring these subjects is to first gauge what issues my students are having with the material, isolate and rectify the issue from the root, and try to provide examples of what to do when the issue happens again. In my spare time, I love to play video games and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am also a sports fan; basketball and football are my favorites.
