I believe that all knowledge can have real-world applicability, so in the classroom I often use a lot of analogies and stories in order to make the information relevant. I also specialize in connecting with all people--regardless of age--on their level, which makes teaching and tutoring a lot of fun for both of us. I am CELTA certified, and have learned the appropriate pedagogical techniques to work one-on-one with people. I applied those skills in France, where I tutored three individuals (two pre-teen sisters and one adult male) in English.
