About Me
I am currently a fellow in the Coro program, a graduate-level experiential learning program focused on civic leadership and cross-sector problem solving. I have a special knack for cracking standardized tests, and I find it very rewarding to help demystify them by teaching students to recognize common strategies used to confuse test-takers. In my 8 years of tutoring, I have found the "supported challenge" model of engagement is effective for students from elementary through high school. I love to learn, and I draw on that enthusiasm to get all of my students invested in their own growth. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, dancing, and reading.
Hobbies & Interests
Dance, hiking, running, whitewater rafting, and cooking.
