For the past ten years I have, in varying capacities, been involved with teaching or tutoring mathematics at the middle school to post-secondary levels. My goal for my students is for them to question why they are studying what they are so they can foster a deeper understanding of the material. To aid in this, I draw from my extensive knowledge of the subject of mathematics and expand upon what they are studying. This allows me to call on different approaches and methods to solve problems, and I believe allow my students to more completely grasp the concepts.
