We work best only when we are being challenged by the very same people we are trying to teach. In doing so, as tutors , we are constantly reminded on the need to stay current, to continuously strive to add more to our arsenal of information and to simultaneously be prepared to reinvent oneself in a very short period of time. It is my belief that that is what it takes to be a competent tutor.
