I am a high school English teacher and have taught middle school language arts as well. Before switching careers and becoming a teacher, I was also an attorney for 15 years. Through my varied background and education, I believe that I relate well to many different types of students and that I have the knowledge and experience to help them master any reading or writing-related difficulties that they may be experiencing.

I enjoy playing soccer and running to stay healthy, and I also enjoy reading in my spare time (which is rare, considering that I have two kids with a variety of activities and interests of their own).
