Currently, I attend Victor Senior High and will begin my education at Tulane University in the fall, studying both biomedical engineering and computer science. My past experiences tutoring both younger students and peers allow me to develop a unique approach to help students facing any type of challenge in their subject area. I believe a strong foundation in both areas is fundamental in scholastic success, so I often break down subjects to their roots in order to help a student succeed from the ground level up to most advanced topics. Additionally, I enjoy tutoring ACT/SAT preparation, because I believe the right foundation and study tactics can make all the difference in performance on both of these exams, ideally saving students hours of studying material that may be repetitive or unnecessary. I'm always up for the challenge of changing my methods of instruction and breaking down topics to foster a deeper understanding of a subject. On a different note, I generally spend my spare time playing lacrosse or running outdoors when possible. I also play the violin with a school quartet, and teach lessons to beginning students working through the Suzuki program.
