I make learning fun and functional for my clients and pride myself on having an exceptional success rate of academic goal achievement for those who I tutor. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from North Carolina State University and am currently completing a Master's degree in Family Counseling. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and have done extensive international business development in Latin America. I also earned a Spanish degree from the Center for Bilingual & Multicultural Studies in Cuernavaca, Mexico, community-program facilitation in The Dominican Republic. I love history, culture, music, and language related subjects, but really come alive when helping people to prepare for writing assignments, debates, public speaking, theater/arts performances, or to overcome academic challenges blocking their success in almost any subject area. I have over a decade providing corporate, collegiate, community-based educational support services to individuals of all ages and from all backgrounds. As an author, publisher, and professional speaker, I thoroughly enjoy teaching Reading, English, Spanish, Writing, Public Speaking, Business Development, ESL/ESOL, and any subject under the social sciences. Sociology, psychology, business, and music are a few of my favorite subjects. In my free time, I love visiting performing art venues, participating in television/film productions, singing, and playing the piano. I also enjoy just laying on the beach reading empowering books or sailing. I'm a natural teacher and charismatic person.
