Until recently, I had been working internationally as a wildlife biologist with a nonprofit organization, contracted through U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services on the island of Rota, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. So, when I returned to Texas I decided to go back to school for a masters in secondary education with a teaching certificate. I am currently between semesters and working towards my goal of being able to teach and share my passion for wildlife, biology, and environmental sciences. I have the most experience with high school age and younger students, but I am always up for a student that will challenge me to learn and grow myself.
