About Me

I Graduated from Texas State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology and minored in biochemistry. After working as a research assistant at UT Health in Houston, I recently moved to Manhattan to begin graduate school. I am currently a PhD student at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. I enjoy learning, sports, exercising, and reading in my free time. I am an ambitious, young academic who aspires to be a research scientist after completing my PhD. I have a passion not only for science, but for learning of all kinds and helping others. This is why I believe through my passion, tutoring young minds in subjects such as math and all sciences can help stimulate their interest and inspire them to pursue these fields into their college education and beyond. I also wish to equip them with great study habits and academic approaches which can translate to all fields of study they may go through and spark any interest in school and learning. Additionally, I feel that through my experience from college and the workforce I can teach students lessons not only concerning the specific subject but ones to help them succeed in school or higher education and in life.
