- I graduated with a BA from Allegheny College in 2019 with a double major in English and Theatre and a minor in Education Studies.
About Me
While I was at Allegheny, I was a tutor for the America Reads program where I was a classroom tutor in all subjects for a 6th grade class for all 4 years. I then graduated from Pitt's MAT program in 2020, and earned my English 7-12 Teaching Certificate,and completed my student teaching in an 8th grade Language Arts class. This year, I have been a long term substitute in a 6th grade English class for the entire school year. I also have experience tutoring for SATs and up through 8th grade level math. My main interests are in English and Literature, but I also enjoy Theatre and Drama, skiing, traveling, and knitting. I would describe myself as energetic, hardworking and friendly!
