Previously, I was a student worker at a childcare center for kids 6 weeks (infants) to 5 years old (pre-school) to spur on their imagination and creativity. Throughout my high school years, I assisted fellow classmates and underclassmen when they had trouble on coursework. Because I recently graduated from high school, I understand the importance of AP exams to one's future. Even though most students aim to get a high score, I help students get into the mindset of learning for the sake of learning. Since most of the material shows up again in college, a student's future success is highly dependent on this 'mastery learning' mindset. I am passionate to tutor students over Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics while gaining an insight to their way of thinking and aid them in surpassing any obstacle. A college education may not be the only path to a successful life, but I believe that it is a guaranteed way for one to be able to look back on their early years and realize that all the hard work was worth it.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing racquetball with friends, playing the piano, and social dancing (waltzes, swings, etc.) when there is no pandemic. My newest interests have been cooking and photography.
