I have over 10 years experience working with young adults- from teaching English to coaching students through the college admissions process. I went to Elizabetown College, where I studied English Secondary Education (6th-12th grades), Penn State for my master's in Higher Education Administration and College Student Development, and Thomas Jefferson University for my doctorate in occupational therapy. I currently teach ergonomics and social participation intervention courses at Jefferson, and I have extensive experience in English grammar and writing. My tutoring style is more that of a coach, and I am able to cater to a variety of learning styles.

I love traveling/hiking, photography, gardening, hanging out with family/friends, and last, but not least, my dogs!
