She resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, son, and dog. Nicole teaches master's coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University and is a Faculty member for Undergraduate Psychology at Purdue Global. She holds a master's in Forensic Psychology and completed her BACB Coursework at Western New England University. Nicole began her career at the New England Center for Children (NECC) in Boston, Massachusetts; she became a Level 2 Teacher while working as a Graduate Research Assistant in Adult Residential, Staff Intensive Unit, and Day Program. Following this, Nicole traveled abroad to NECC's Mohammed Bin Rashid Center in Abu Dhabi, UAE working as a Therapist in an early learner ABA classroom. Returning home, Nicole served as a Program Behavioral Specialist at a private school in Columbus, Ohio. Nicole then led as Executive Clinical Director for a multi-environment Clinical Behavior Analysis program where she developed multiple locations and oversaw the expansion of ABA services for children in foster care and adults with traumatic brain injury throughout Southern Ohio and Kentucky. Nicole has a passion for research, and she is ardent about providing comprehensive and ethical BACB supervision to those she mentors. Nicole holds herself and her students to the highest standards while working to promote the principles of ABA and advance the discipline of Psychology.
