About Me

My passion for helping students understand the fundamentals of math comes from knowing how intimidating math can be! As a member of the National Math Honor Society and a lover of science, I can assist with a thorough breakdown of simple to advanced concepts. My purpose is to provide support and guidance and hopefully make numbers a lot less intimidating through our time together. My background is in tutoring K-12 math, and emphasizing core concepts that show up in college. My Associate's Degree comes from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a concentration in Biology. I am a recent graduate with a Bachelors in Biology from GSU.I am well versed in basic arithmetic, Algebra, Life Science courses for K-12 students and most recent experience with Calculus. Math is my favorite subject to tutor so far because it is the only subject that is the same everywhere. It can be used to explain anything from finance to probability, and even health! My style is to adapt to your learning style so you can walk away with more confidence and understanding of what you need to learn in any subject. I am an animal lover and traveler. Any given day you can find me whisking off to Hilton Head to dolphin watch or making my way to Tallulah Falls to enjoy the view!
