My main interest is teaching music theory, but I am also comfortable teaching English, reading/writing, biology, chemistry, and arithmetic. I fell in love with teaching via many amazing mentors that I've had throughout my life. Something about watching other's learn and understand topics that I've taught them is so enticing and exhilarating to me. From a young age, I've been fascinated with the ins and outs of what makes the world work, and when I discovered my passion of music, this fascination directly applied to music theory. I have experience teaching kids from ages 5-18 and have worked with various adults all in the musical theater environment.

I am interested in musical theater, trumpet, piano, reading, philosophy, medicine (specifically the study of the brain), boxing, frisbee, and as of recent I have dived deep into different movies. My main instrument is trumpet but I also play piano and thanks to my ongoing music education degree, am learning how to teach other instruments as well such as percussion. Though, sometimes to decompress I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my friends playing games or watching movies. I also enjoy playing video games such as Mario and Minecraft, though I would love to out source a bit to new games.
