As a dedicated educator with over 8 years of tutoring and classroom experience, I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science, as well as a Master of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration. I specialize in AP U.S. Government & Politics and College-level Political Science courses. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical thinking and engaging students in meaningful discussions. I am passionate about empowering learners to understand the intricacies of politics, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for their academic journeys.

Along with being a college professor, I have been in the U.S. Army for over 20 years and have deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as active-duty assignments with Special Operations Command, Africa and U.S. Army, Europe. Currently, I am currently on faculty with the Command General Staff College. I enjoy watching sports, movies, and differenty types of shows. I exercise on a daily basis because I am addicted to closing my Apple Watch rings!
