Certified Tutor

I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education with endorsements in reading and special education in 2005 from Graceland University. I earned my Master's in education with the focus in special education at Liberty University in 2013.

I have taught in a public school classroom working with students in kindergarten through eighth grade for ten years. During this time I have worked with special needs students and learned multiple strategies to differentiate my instruction to meet many students needs. I have also spent a year working in a learning center doing one-on-one tutoring with children that have been diagnosed with dyslexia. I am currently teaching ESL online to Chinese children.

I believe everyone is capable of learning, but everyone learns in different ways. It is my challenge to figure out how each student learns best and to meet their needs. Building a relationship is one of the most important aspects of teaching. My goal is to help you meet your academic goals and achievements.
