I am a certified NYC Public school teacher who has a passion for writing and literature. I love helping students discover under surface meaning and deeper concepts hidden between the lines in the literary world. Common Core requires critical thinking and this is what I push students to do - see beyond the obvious. I also teach ESL and students with disabilities in an integrated setting. I have the patience and skill set needed to motivate and help students progress in school as well as prepare for the NYC Regents exam.
