Certified Tutor

I am currently a student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Astrophysics. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am completing my degree from my home in Minnesota! When I graduate, I am hoping to go on to obtain a master's in education and become a licensed teacher. I want to see a world of educational equity and I think tutoring is a great way to get there. I believe it is important to get to know every student, their learning style, and what they need from a tutor before beginning the actual tutoring so the sessions can be more personalized. I love to help in areas of math and science, specifically physics and calculus are my strong points.

Outside of school, I love to read. I often spend cloudy days with a cup of tea and my book of choice for that week. I also love spending time with my family going on walks and playing board games or card games.
