I'm a multi-passionate artist, travel junkie, & life enthusiast capturing my creative journey- one pencil mark, painterly brushstroke, and photo at a time. As a mixed media visual artist from the Bronx, I have always loved exploring the possibilities of different mediums and techniques (e.g. micron black ink pens, charcoal, pastels, magazine strips, oil and watercolor paints). Art has always been my passion since my adoption and experiences in the foster care system. I take ideas hostage by scribbling or sketching them anywhere, let my ideas float around in my noggin and interact with whatever is already brewing for creative flow. In the past few years, I've incorporated collage and altered book making with my existing interests in topics such as nature, personal identity, and African American and Hispanic imagery.
