I am a passionate licensed educator with diverse experiences. Currently, Multi-Classroom Leader/ESOL Coordinator who enjoys creating those "Aha Moments" for students who struggle with Reading and Writing. Watching these reluctant readers develop the confidence to read and discuss a book, pronounce difficult words instead of skipping them, making better grades, writing a summary, confidently applying for a scholarship and/or job, or making a connection is what brings me joy as an educator. I believe that true learning takes place when a rapport is established, barriers to learning are identified, and confidence is built. When these occur, true learning begins.
