I love helping students, I became a teacher to be able to reach students of all capabilities. I believe that each student can learn and grow their abilities if they are given an opportunity. I come from a background in Health Care Administration, but changed my career path to become a teacher recently to be able to be a support for students. I currently teach 4th grade - I am comfortable teaching all core content areas, Math, Science, Social Studies, Reading and Writing. My belief is that each student learns differently, it is important to determine the specific needs of each child in order to best support their academic needs.

When I am not teaching I am spending time with my family, going on hikes or camping. We also love staying in and watching a movie together or we enjoy baking a tasty dessert together!
