I graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and have been a pharmacist for over 15 years. I have always had a passion for teaching whether it was one of my pharmacy students or making sure my patients were comfortable taking their medications. I have taught many pharmacy students as well as high school students in a mentoring program. Regardless of the student's level in school, I understand that all students learn differently. And I tailor my teaching to the student to ensure that they understand the material and can apply it to the real world. I have a true passion for watching students succeed.

I have a passion for learning languages, which is what I enjoy doing in my spare time. Besides English, I can speak Spanish and French and I am currently working on fluency in Italian. If I am not learning a language, I enjoy spending time shopping, eating, and playing games with my extended family.
