Certified Tutor

I am a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Statistics with minors in Industrial Engineering and Mathematics. I specialize in math and data science, including but not limited to Algebra 1, Precalculus, Calculus, and Statistics, as well as the coding languages of R and SAS. My goal is to turn students into independent learners, and my tutoring approach is very procedural, though I am flexible and always willing to adapt to students' needs.
I stand out from other college-age and college-level tutors because I come from a background of education. Before focusing on Statistics, I was studying Math Education, so I have extensive knowledge on current education pedagogy and practices. Furthermore, math and coding are two of the most challenging subjects for learners, and I aim to assist and uplift my students so they have both the confidence and skills necessary to succeed.
