I am a graduate of North Central University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I have taught as a classroom teacher 2 years in the 6th grade, 6 years in 4th grade, one year in 2nd grade, and one year as a virtual 1st grade teacher during the pandemic. I have also taught online privately as well as working with a company in China teaching English as a second language for the past 3 years. I have also been a face to face tutor to Koreans for 2 years while living on the island of Saipan. I am most passionate about teaching English Language Arts and Math but enjoy all subjects. I find it is most effective when my students are involved in deciding the reading material that will be used in the lesson. In my spare time I like to go camping and fishing as well as traveling. My other passion in life is animals. I have 5 animals. 3 dogs and 2 cats.
