I realised I wanted to teach when I was incredibly young. When I taught my little sister how to read her storybook using the lessons she had learnt at school, I felt happiness like I'd never felt before. From there, I knew exactly what I wanted from life, and that is to help people and children learn and become the best they can be!

I am a University student studying English Literature and Creative Writing. I adore English, and I studied it at A level too, along with History and Law. I believe that English is a subject that every child should learn, and I hope I can make it as fun as possible for them. I want students to find joy in learning, the way I did growing up.

As part of my work experience, I worked with Year 1 students at Brunswick Primary School, where I learnt how to support, provide and teach young kids how to do better with their work. As well as the academic components, I learned how to support them emotionally as a teaching assistant. Whilst this would not pertain to online classes, that emotional component still exists and I would like my clients to be secure in knowing that I will do my best to nurture the students and push them to be the best they can be.
