Nice to meet you! I am currently in the process of obtaining my teaching certification; inching a little closer to achieving my dream of becoming a third-grade English teacher. I believe that every student will love to read after finding a good book that fits their niche. In my tutoring experiences, I find that the best way to see where I can help a student improve is through a simple vocabulary quiz based on words commonly used in their grade level, or a word hunt, where I give the students a list of words for them to look up on their own via dictionary website(s). I am very passionate about helping students because they are the next generation, and I know that they will make a difference in this world just by picking up a book or learning new words. I am looking forward to working with each and every one of you!
