My name is Hadassah and I am new here!
I believe that EVERYONE was created to learn and evolve. As an individual with ADHD/ADD, it was paramount for me to discover an easier, quicker way to "evolve" in school subjects. Throughout my life I have had experiences where I was the best, just ok, and where I the worst. During my time as student I also needed a tutor's extra set of eyes to reassure me and introduce me to my own learning techniques. During undergrad I had the privilege of privately tutoring students on the spectrum, and students with ADHD/ADD challenges much like myself. In 2022, I graduated cum laude and with one of the highest science gpa's in my graduating class. I can confirm that my ability to excel increased once I discovered a reason to be interested in the subject. If I can show the parallel between a student's extracurricular interest or hobby, I can figure out how to teach them absolutely anything. I always say, "If the analogy fits, use it!". I look forward to delving into the student's learning-need, using techniques that don't make them feel like they're in the typical classroom setting!

Hobbies

In my free time I love to run! I find myself spending as much time as I can in nature or learning about it. I love reading all books, but specifically books that teach me about myself; those books help me understand others better! I enjoy artistic hobbies like pottery or learning to play an instrument. You can catch me watching the basketball game during the season, GO HEAT! Or watching a scientific documentary about why we are the way we are! I love seeing spending time with my friends and trying the best new food-shops around!
