Certified Tutor

Currently in my final year, I am studying at the University of East Anglia for a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing. Prior to my enrolment at university, I undertook a Teaching English as a Foreign Language course with The TEFL Academy. Whilst studying for my A-Levels, I ran a Creative Writing club for younger years, helping them develop and improve their literary ability in both a creative and critical sense. I primarily tutor English, although my skills are capable of branching out if necessary. I have been fortunate to have possessed a deep love of good stories from a young age, and this is what continues to drive my love of English Literature and Language. It saddens me to see that so many students find English a difficult and painful subject to study, and my style of tutoring aims not only to improve their skills within the subject, but also to enable them to actually enjoy the material they are engaging with.
