Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College (now Randolph College). I received my Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a concentration in Psychology. Since graduating I have been a substitute teacher, taught performing arts at Tannen's Magic Camp and became a professional dog trainer. I currently spend most of my time training dogs and their handlers to communicate more effectively and navigate the world more efficiently. I also train and coach upcoming professional trainers to learn new skills and improve teaching competency. My biggest asset is patience. As a teacher I aim to create strong problem-solving skills and find real-life applications for classroom learning.
