As a dedicated and passionate educator, I have extensive experience working with students of all ages and backgrounds. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and have had the privilege of tutoring a diverse range of learners, from elementary school students to college undergraduates. My teaching experience spans several roles, including a Math Teacher Resident, a Math Tutor at the university level, and a program instructor at the STEM Coding Lab, where I supported students in mastering challenging coding and math concepts. I am particularly passionate about tutoring math and computer science, as I love helping students build problem-solving skills and confidence. I also have a strong interest in creating engaging lesson plans that bring technical concepts to life, such as coding activities or designing hands-on mathematics challenges. I have many different interests and outlets including running, reading, and live music/concerts. I started running in high school, continued in college, and continue to do so now. It has been a great way to get active and make friends. With friends, I like to go to concerts, play board games, or watch movies. Some other niche interests or hobbies of mine are space/astronomy, collecting enamel pins from travel, and learning new crafting skills such as embroidery and crocheting.
