I have been teaching for 17 years in the areas of Social Studies, Psychology, Government, Writing, Economics, and Study Skills. My education philosophy is simple. I do not teach "at" students, rather, I teach them to think for themselves. I believe the best tutor is one that allows the student to grow by helping them develop the skills necessary for success. I have taught students at every skill level, from Special Education to Advanced Placement. Each person learns differently, and it is my challenge to reach that student and show them how to succeed on their own.
