I grew up around Boston and this is where I call home. I have been teaching for 11 years now and I have extensive tutoring experience. I received my Master's Degree in 2012 from American International College and I am MA State certified in Moderate Special Needs, English and History. I received my BA in Liberal Studies from Westfield State University in 1997 and my 2nd BA in Philosophy from D'Youville College in 2003. As a Special Needs Teacher I plan meaningful lessons based on students' goals, objectives, grade level benchmarks, and common core objectives. I try to cater to the different learning styles of my students. I am also Orton Gillingham trained and believe that every student can succeed with hard work and effort.
