I have a Bachelor of Arts in Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University, where I have taken pre-medical courses along with classes in Sociology, and Women & Gender studies. My interest in tutoring started in high school when I tutored freshmen in biology. I also have extensive informal experience in tutoring. Growing up, I have helped each of my younger siblings with their academic problem areas, namely math and science. I would also mentor my peers in high school in various subjects. I believe that the key to achieving academic success in any given subject is to find a study method that works for you. I have had a lot of experience with trial and error myself, and would love to help others personalize their study habits to work for them. By working individually with students and personalizing their study strategies, I would love to empower and educate young minds to succeed academically and motivate them to pursue their long-term goals.
