About Me
At Upward Bound, I worked twice a week with the same students, helping them not only with homework, studying, and mastering the material, but also in honing their study skills and applying to colleges. I'm currently working part-time at a Montessori school in Richmond, Virginia, so I've worked with . I've also been a camp counselor for years, and have led various activities there, including low ropes, chess, archery, swimming, canoeing, and creative writing. I'm passionate not only about learning but about teaching how to learn, emphasizing the techniques of mastering material as well as teaching the material itself.
