I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. In 2020, I graduated with Magna Cum Laude and Honors with a Bachelor in Science in Biology from Texas Christian University. I am passionate about learning, which is one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring and helping other students learn. My tutoring style is tailored to each student, but I find that the best way to teach is to explain the concept, answer questions, and then have the student explain the concept back to me in order to ensure they retain the knowledge. I also enjoy providing study tips for how to learn scientific concepts more effectively, and more specifically, how to successfully study for high level science courses or the MCAT.

While a large portion of my time is spent studying for medical school, in my free time I enjoy exercising, painting, baking, and spending time with my family, friends, and my dog.
