I love helping people out in mathematics and when I work with people, not only do they get better but I can also improve my tutoring ability. I have a handle on a whole range of topics in mathematics, due to my college work in pursuing a Bachelors in Mathematics. I am currently a senior that is 2 semesters away from graduation. The way I approach a tutoring session is I spend a significant amount of time trying to understand the student struggles and then I vigorously work with the student, honing in on the most trouble spots first, since those are the areas where the student can make the greatest improvements. My biggest strength in teaching is my ability to adapt to a students needs based on how i feel or perceive the students retention of the topics. If a student is struggling, I am quick to try and present the student with the same topic but from a different angle. I hope that I can provide you with excellent services!
