I graduated with a PhD at Freiburg University, in Germany, in 2021. I am a cultural anthropologist by trade, but have more than five years of experience teaching a wide arrange of topics in the social sciences and language studies. I have taught and tutored students in countries like Colombia, Mexico, Germany, Canada and the United States, but I have been able to travel and engage with learners with an even wider arrange of culturally diverse backgrounds. I myself am Colombian, bilingual, and a believer in an approach to teaching that prioritizes informed conversation and dialogue, while encouraging critical thinking and gaining skills that will be useful in futural professional and academic fields.
