I love teaching and tutoring people of all ages, have been doing so for decades, and I also love learning myself. As a New York State Licensed science teacher, I have taught at top schools in NYC and Westchester County and around the globe. I have written innovation curriculum and designed entire successful schools. My approach is a co-inquiry style where we learn together and define the methods to solve a problem so that students can go on and be more and more successful. This style particularly lends itself to learning through class projects/Reearch which I am happy to help on, but also is useful for standardized test taking. I take pleasure when my students are successful on projects and assessments; both standardized and teacher designed, often leading to strong university admissions. For the last ten years, I have also been helping young teachers and principals develop. Alongside teaching, I have also been a bench scientist at the National Institutes of Health and Consultant.
