I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and 44 master's hours toward an MEd in special education. Although tutoring per se is new for me, I have extensive experience tailoring lessons to individual children. I can help with all subjects in grades 1-6 and some specialty areas such as astronomy, history, social studies, and art. I love to teach and seeing the spark of understanding within any subject. My philosophy of teaching is that I truly believe that ALL children can learn and I never stop trying to find what works for your child. I love to ice skate, make pearl jewelry, zombies, reading, watch movies, and go long walks. I am an expressive, dynamic teacher that likes to make learning fun!
