I am Ersi. Tutoring Math has always been my passion and something I feel in element doing. In life, I have traveled places, changed careers and gone through many challenges -Sometimes, they were good and sometimes, rough. But, I have always enjoyed when I learned something, and even more when others gain or do well at something with my help. I believe one can never "change" another person but can always "influence" others to grow. I enjoy bringing a positive and calm energy to lessons. I enjoy sharing with my students the methodology that had made me a top student, test taker or anything I have desired to do. I enjoy creating good results that students may have not thought was possible. I have unlimited patience for each of them. I hope they will not only learn effective skills for Math, but through time, develop good habits and self confidence.
