My students range from high school students writing course papers and essays to university students composing research papers and dissertations to adults engaged in self-study with creative writing. Some of my creative writing courses are "The Courage to Write Poetry Workshop" and "Writing My Multicultural Voice." I earned my PhD and MS degree from Cornell University; my BA is from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.

I love to go on long hikes and to Power Walk. Just now, I want to learn basic carpentry and set up my own workshop, and I need some excellent tutoring to achieve this goal. I also enjoy crafting, the Arts, film, and good conversations.
