I love giving my students the opportunity to learn and grow their math confidence. I utilize multiple teaching methods to reach student with different learning levels and styles. I believe everyone is capable of doing anything with the right tools and knowledge set. I knew from a young age I wanted to be a teacher and be able to help others reach their educational goals. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology and immediately started working with at-risk adolescents. A few years later, I received my Masters in Teaching degree while teaching full-time. I love forming relationships with my students and watching them grow not only as a student, but as a human being.

Aside from math, I enjoy reading and writing and have self-published a few books. I also love music and have played the piano for eighteen years. At school, I run the theater program and praise team. Furthermore, I enjoy knitting and creating new things as well as playing video games when I get the opportunity. Some of my passions include photography (especially wildlife and nature) and deep-diving in God's Word.
