I am a 99th percentile scorer on the LSAT with law school acceptances all across the T14 including Stanford, Columbia, NYU, and the University of Pennsylvania who is looking to help students achieve the score of their dreams. I tutor the LSAT Analytical Reasoning (games) and LSAT Logical Reasoning sections, and I also enjoy tutoring AP Government and the SAT Reading and Verbal sections. I am a recent graduate of Cornell University and I received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Law and Society. Before deciding to be a full-time tutor ahead of starting law school in the fall, I was a management consultant helping Fortune 500 companies find solutions to their toughest problems.

I am a senior Psychology, Spanish, and Religion major, and I have been tutoring for over ten years. I love working with students of all ages, and I have five years of experience working with students with learning differences! I specialize in English literature, writing, learning differences, and Spanish.

I am a rising Junior at Princeton University who is passionate about the ways in which people learn, which has led me to pursue a degree in Neuropsychology. Through great experiences teaching English in Chiangmai, Thailand for two months and tutoring Calculus I and II through Princeton University's McGraw Tutoring program for two years, I have come across many learning styles and have developed a love for teaching. My strengths include standardized testing, Spanish, Mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus) and ACT/SAT/CLEP prep. I am a former middle-school English teacher (and former high-school French teacher). I am certified to teach English (grades 6-12), History/Government/Social Studies (grades 6-12), Psychology (grades 6-12), Health (grades PreK-12), General Music (grades PreK-12), and French (grades PreK-12). I have also taught AP French and college-level French.

I am a Dartmouth graduate. I am currently working on my med and business endeavors. I have not only an interest, but a motivation to help others. I have helped students get into Ivy League schools as well as other top universities across the country with top scholarships. I tutor in all subjects from French to Essay Writing and Algebra to Chemistry! I want my students and tutees to see the value in themselves and know that they can accomplish anything with determination and hard work! I am an experienced multi-subject teacher, who has had the great fortune to have been educated in several countries, and to teach in several countries. I received my education at Manhattan School of Music, Columbia University, the Universitaet Mozarteum, in Salzburg, Austria, University of Virginia, and Oxford. I have taught in the US, UK, Austria and Japan, and lived in all of those countries, plus Iceland, and for a shorter period in both France, and Turkey. My students have ranged in age from kindergarten, to adults, and have spoken many languages. I grew up trilingual, and added quite a few more languages along the way. I have the distinction of being one of the few non-native speakers of fluent Icelandic.

I am an undergraduate student at Wofford College pursuing a major in biology with a minor in business. In addition, I am a nationally certified and state certified Emergency Medical Technician and work sporadically throughout the year. I have three years of experience tutoring students in a wide array of subject areas. I have a true passion for learning and I am extremely excited to share that passion with the students I have the privilege to help succeed.

I'm looking to tutor middle and high school students across the humanities: literature, history, philosophy, theology, social studies, and religious studies. I also look forward to coaching students through their writing efforts, having the tools to help them improve both substance and style. I am currently a PhD student in the English department at the University of Texas at Austin. I also hold a Master of Letters in Romantic and Victorian Literature from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, as well as a BA in English (Writing concentration) and a minor in business administration. Prior to pursuing my PhD, I worked as corporate communications consultant and a client manager/tutor coach for high-end tutoring firm in New York City.

I am a sophomore college student at Texas A&M! I have always had a passion for knowledge, and I'm super excited to ignite that passion in my students! Learning study skills and habits that will set students up for success is my main goal.

I am a rising senior at The University of North Texas in Denton. I am working towards my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish as well as English with a concentration in Creative Writing. I was raised in an academically competitive environment in Fort Bend County and my rigorous secondary education prepared me for success in college. I am a fortunate member of the Terry Scholarship Foundation, which has provided me and hundreds of other Texans with a private, four-year, full-ride scholarship. As a Terry Scholar, I am well-versed in all subjects and have taken on the role of mentor to many of the incoming freshmen. I have spent most of my free time in college as a nanny and tutor to families around the DFW area. I have experience with all age groups and there is nothing that intimidates me! While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, History, Spanish, and Government/Social Studies. Through my experiences helping struggling students and peers, I have realized the value of adaptability. Most people reach out to a tutor because the traditional classroom method is not best suited for their learning needs. There is nothing more joyful than when a student finally understands the material in a way that makes sense to them. Many times, students need flexibility and patience in order to grasp a foreign concept. I am a firm believer in the power of education and I hope to share my love of learning with all of my students. After graduation I plan on returning to Houston to obtain my Master of Arts in Teaching from Rice University. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and writing anything from poetry to screenplays. I have also been involved in competitive dance for most of my adolescence, so I understand the balance of academics and extracurriculars.

I'm thankful to have attended a high school that allowed me the opportunity to offer academic support to my peers. There were no material incentives - the rewards were intrinsic. Thus, I learned to love teaching for its own sake. When I came to college, the opportunities only expanded. I was able to support myself through the first year of college on this skill alone. It continued to be something I enjoyed, and it ultimately led to me directing a tutoring program - the Let's Get Ready program, at my former high school. Now, I am excited to return to a hands-on teaching role, bringing to it all the insight I have gained over the years, from varying perspectives.

I am a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures with a focus on Russian, Russian Literature, and International Relations. Since graduating, I have worked at a YMCA Learning Center as a Preschool Teacher Assistant, camp counselor, after-school counselor, art program leader and childcare provider for all ages. I tutored children (K-8) in the after-school program in all subjects, overseeing study time and assisting students with homework. I also worked as a data analyst for the Data Recognition Corporation: reading, assessing and scoring standardized tests in a variety of subjects for grades K-12. I worked on WIDA projects where I evaluated and scored English proficiency tests (verbal and written) for multilingual learners. As a WIDA analyst, I gained insight into the national system of standardized testing. While I tutor in a broad range of subjects, I am especially interested in Literature, Language, History and Philosophy. I am passionate about teaching and about learning, and I firmly believe that the pursuit of knowledge is lifelong.

I am a law student, but I took an unusual route to get there. I used to attend medical school but had a change of heart in my career path. Part of this was due to my political science major (double major with biology) in college as well as a number of Spanish and other courses that I took. Tutoring is something, I feel, that has come naturally to me, even back to my high school days. My goal is to help you learn as much as you can and reach your true potential. I am student at Mississippi State University. I see my youth as an advantage as it allows me to connect more easily to students. My strongest subjects are history, Latin, and English, but I am proficient in many others.
